All fishbone jewelry is made of stainless steel.

Jewelry
It's best to take jewelry off when bathing, exercising, swimming or cleaning. Storing in an airtight container (like a plastic baggie) will prevent accelerated tarnishing.
That being said, it is normal for stainless steel to tarnish with continuous wear. My favourite way to bring back its lustre and shine is to use a light buff with a polishing cloth. 

Shells
The shells used are responsibly foraged and then cleaned with a mixture of vinegar and water. Bear in mind that shells are delicate and susceptible to cracking; be mindful and take care when wearing. 

Pearls
Pearls are very soft and are susceptible to scratching, so wear with care. Always apply moisturizer, perfumes, or other cosmetics before you put on your pearls. Wipe with a damp cloth to clean. Pearls love humidity so wear them often and when not in use keep them safe in a jewelry box (included with purchase).
